<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of preventing interface peeling between a substrate and an encapsulation resin without leaking of a light ray to a back side of the light-emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 100 comprises: a substrate 1; a light-emitting device 3 mounted on a front face 10 of the substrate 1; a translucent resin 6 which covers a light-emitting surface of the light-emitting device 3; and a light-shielding resin 7, having contact with the translucent resin 6 and having a structure for stopping the substrate 1 from coming out toward a front side at a side face or a back face of the substrate 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
