<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processing system and an information processing apparatus capable of efficiently processing a document obtained from a web server. <P>SOLUTION: A document processing system obtains a document from a server and processes the document. The server transmits a selection screen display file that allows display of plural types of processing executable on the document in a selectable manner to a user, together with settings of each type of processing, to an information processing apparatus. The information processing apparatus displays a selection screen according to the selection screen display file.
