<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that prevents, when printing and ejecting a long sheet, the long sheet from being dropped off, scattered, or stained without the need for a user to wait until completion of ejection and hold the long sheet even if the image forming apparatus is not provided with a paper ejection tray for long sheets. <P>SOLUTION: When a long sheet is ejected, an image forming operation is stopped in a state where the rear end of the sheet is held between paper ejection rollers or reversing rollers of an image forming apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
