PURPOSE: A film feeding device is provided to cut a film and remove particles at the same time by using a film cutting part and a particle removal part arranged in a row. CONSTITUTION: A working line for cutting a device body is formed. A particle-removal and film-cutting unit(200) includes a film cutting part(210), a particle removal part(220), and a removal unit body part(230). The particle removal part is adjacent to the film cutting part and removes the particle generated in a film cutting process. The removal unit body part supports the film cutting part and the particle removal part. The film cutting part includes a knife part(211) for cutting the film rotatably connected to the removal unit body part.
