The device has disposable elements made of synthetic material, and a gripping handle (1) provided on a cyclone (2) that retains sampled particles. A bend passage (3) connects an air amplifier (8) to the cyclone, and a flexible compressed air duct (7) emerges in the amplifier. A manual mechanical valve (5) closes the air duct controlled by an actuator (6) e.g. trigger. The valve and the actuator are installed on the handle. The amplifier includes a circular slot in which the air duct is emerged. The passage is formed by a pipe that is orientable and dismountable from the air amplifier.
