PURPOSE: A portable terminal is provided to improve performance related to local area wireless communication. CONSTITUTION: A main body includes a ground and a touch sensor. A signal processing unit processes a wireless signal related to local area wireless communication. A conductive coil(211) is wound along the boundary of the touch sensor. The conductive coil is electrically connected to the ground in order to protect the discharge of the static electricity. A second conductive path electrically connects the conductive coil to the signal processing unit in order to receive or transmit the wireless signal.
