PURPOSE: A device for implementing a relation formation service for similar disease patients through a body AR(Augmented Reality) smart phone connection module and a body AR SNS(Social Network Service) connection module and a method thereof are provided to drive a body AR application on a smart window and performs a medical information search through a social network. CONSTITUTION: A body AR SNS connection module(200) forms a social network through an SNS server(300) and executes a similar disease patient search command and a patient protector search command. The body AR SNS connection module transmits body AR data after authentication corresponding to a request of a specific body AR smart phone connection module which is located in the social network. The SNS server forms the social network with the number of N body AR smart phone connection module.
