PURPOSE: A smart key system for a vehicle is provided to arbitrarily set various kinds of function as personal preference without physical limit of FOB and control the vehicle by gesture. CONSTITUTION: A smart key system for a vehicle comprises FOB(1), an acceleration sensor(3), a gyro sensor(5), an electronic control unit(7), a controller(9), and an actuator(11). The electronic control unit performs functions of modeling, interpreting, and recognizing. The function of modeling detects the feature of movement from the FOB movement of a space by the gyro sensor and the acceleration sensor. The function of interpreting detects the feature movement to compare with data. The recognizing functions compares with the interpreted and modeled gesture and determines whether or not the relevant movement performs by the gesture. |
