<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate electric power to be supplied to a sensor by using a wind force. <P>SOLUTION: A structure health monitoring system 1 includes a sensor 2 to detect a condition of a structure of a building and the like, and a battery 3 to supply electric power to the sensor 2. A power generator 4 is connected to the battery 3 and capable of charging the buttery 3 by power generation utilizing wind. The power generator 4 has a power generation element 6 and a charging circuit 5. The power generation element 6 includes a piezoelectric sheet 11 and a wind bearing fin 13 connected at a tip of the piezoelectric sheet 11 with a hinge 12.
