<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe wind power generating device in which a windmill is not excessively rotated in strong wind. <P>SOLUTION: The wind power generating device 1 generates power by rotating the windmill 3 which is attached to an upper end 110 U of a support pillar and rotated around a rotation axis 2x by receiving wind power from a direction of the rotation axis 2x. The wind power generating device 1 includes: a tilt mechanism 140 which tilts the upper end 110U of the support pillar toward a support pillar body 110D located thereunder together with the windmill 3 attached to the upper end 110U of the support pillar; and a lifting mechanism 150 which can descend the upper end of the support pillar and ascend the descended upper end 110U of the support pillar on condition that the tilted upper end 110U of the support pillar is brought into a vertically-tilted state with respect to the support pillar body 110D. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
