ADVERTISING MEDIUM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising medium manufactured in a simple process and having flame-proof because of comprising no halogen element harmful for human bodies and the environment.

SOLUTION: An advertising medium has: a patterned part formed using a first ink containing a flame-proofing agent comprising no halogen element and containing a binder; a base part formed using a second ink having optical characteristics different from the first ink, and containing a flame-proofing agent comprising no halogen element, and a binder. The binder is characterized in that a weight ratio of an urethane resin solid content to an acryl resin solid content is 0.25 to 1.
