A drug-loaded liposome, a method for preparing same, and an application thereof in preparing an antitumor drug. The drug-loaded liposome comprises a long cyclic liposome and active drug components enclosed therein. The long cyclic liposome is the liposome whose liposome surface is modified by phosphatidylethanolamine-polyethylene glycol 2000, and the active drug components are taxol and resveratrol. The method for preparing same comprises: making a liposome source, phosphatidylethanolamine-polyethylene glycol 2000, and active drug components into a drug-loaded liposome by adopting a film-ultrasonic method, the active drug components being taxol and resveratrol.
