An automatic transmission using surplus oil for improving fuel efficiency is provided to improve fuel efficiency by controlling an idling RPM in a low level by removing a load applied to an oil pump in an idling state. An automatic transmission using surplus oil for improving fuel efficiency includes a first flow path(25), a first valve(20), a surplus oil tank(10), a second flow path(35), a third flow path(15), a second valve(40), a fourth flow path(55), and a valve body(50). The first oil path is connected to an oil pump. The first valve is installed on the first flow path. The surplus oil tank is connected to the oil pump through the first flow path. The second flow path is connected to the oil pump. The third flow path is connected to the surplus oil tank. The second valve is connected to the oil pump through the second flow path and the third flow path. The fourth flow path is connected to the second valve. The valve body is connected to the second valve through the fourth flow path. |
