PURPOSE: A link structure, a manufacturing method, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve corrosion resistance by preventing damage to the surface of a main housing. CONSTITUTION: A link structure comprises a center bearing(110), a pair of ball joints(120,130), and a main housing(140). The ball joints are arranged on both sides of the center bearing and are composed of ball studs and ball joint housings(122,132). The ball studs have spherical surfaces. The ball joint housings are composed of a synthetic resin material and surround the spherical surface of the ball studs. The main housing composed of a metal material is rotated around the center bearing and integrally connects the center bearing and the ball joints to each other. |
