<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive roller which has a roller resistance value of less than 10<SP POS="POST">5</SP>Ω and, when being used as, for example, a charging roller, allows constitution of an image forming apparatus having a higher printing speed than conventional apparatuses and is free from various issues due to bleeding of polyether polyol. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductive roller 1 comprises a roller body 2 which includes a crosslinking substance of a semiconductive composition containing: a base polymer being a mixture of epichlorohydrin rubber E and diene-based rubber N at a mass ratio E/N of 50/50 to 80/20; a salt containing an anion having a fluoro group and a sulfonyl group in a molecule and a cation; a polyethylene glycol having a number average molecular weight Mn of 11000 or more as a polyether polyol; and a crosslinking agent component. The roller body 2 has an oxide film 6 formed on an outer peripheral surface 5 thereof by ultraviolet irradiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
