Provided in the invention is an analysis system for evaluating an operation state of a lithium ion battery based on the coupling relation between internal and external characteristics of the lithium ion battery. The analysis system comprises an operation state evaluating database unit, an operation state nondestructive detecting device and an operation state diagnosing and analyzing system arranged in parallel. The analysis system for evaluating the operation state of the lithium ion battery provided by the invention combines the external characteristic parameters of the battery with the internal physical and chemical indicators of the battery to build the coupling relation between the internal and external characteristics of the lithium ion battery and obtain the actual evaluation of the operation state of the lithium ion battery during scale of application, thereby pre-alarming the lithium ion battery with potential safety hazards and severely differentiated performances so as to effectively ensure the stable and reliable operation of the battery.
