<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus in which utilization efficiency of light is kept in a good condition while suppressing bending of a reflecting sheet caused by heat. <P>SOLUTION: A backlight device includes a chassis 22 having a bottom plate 22a with a surface side of the bottom plate 22a made as a light-outgoing part, an LED board 25 arranged on the surface of the bottom plate 22a, LED light sources 27 arranged on the plate facing the front side of the LED board 25 with the light-outgoing part side as a light-emitting side, and a reflecting sheet 29 which is installed on the surface of the bottom plate 22a and the LED board 25, and has light source insertion holes 29d through which the LED light sources 27 are inserted, at sites superposed with the LED light sources 27, and has notches 29h provided at the surroundings of the light source insertion holes 29d. Bending of the reflecting sheet 29 caused by heat can be effectively eliminated by the notches 29h, and, as compared with the case in which openings or the like are installed, much more of the reflecting face of the reflecting sheet 29 can be left, and deterioration of utilization efficiency of light can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
