<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply-and-demand balancing device capable of balancing supply and demand of power in such a manner that reserve power that should be prepared at the side of a power supplier can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply-and-demand balancing device 30 comprises: accident detection means D which detects an accident of a private power generation facility 22; decreased power deviation means 33 which deviates as decreased generated power generated power of the private power generation facility 22, in which the accident occurs, decreased by the accident detected by the accident detection means D; and supply-and-demand balancing means 35 n which, in order to complement the decreased generated power, while defining both generated power by a power generation facility 11 in the power supplier 10 and generated power by the private power generation facility 22 in which any accident has not occurred yet, in a power user 20 as a balancing target, power complementation processing is performed to execute at least either balancing of the generated power by the power generation facility 11 in the power supplier 10 or balancing of generated power by the private power generation facility 22, in which any accident has not occurred yet, in the power user 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
