<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information processing device and an image information processing method in which image information to be provided to a user terminal through the Internet is processed so as to be displayed in a suitable color in accordance with the user terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The image information processing device comprises: a user information acquisition part 2 which processes image information to be provided to a user terminal through a communication network and acquires user information from the information transmitted from user terminals 102-104; and an image correction part 3 which performs color correction processing with profile for image information to be transmitted to the user terminal which cannot process the profile while adding the profile for image information to be transmitted to the user terminal which can process the profile using the profile selected on the basis of the acquired user information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
