<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of reducing the size and cost while achieving dust elimination of an optical member, and to provide a dust elimination method for an optical member. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging device has: an imaging element converting an optical image of a subject into an electric signal; an optical member arranged and provided on the subject side to the imaging element so as to be integrated with the imaging element; and a piezoelectric element making the imaging element integrated with the optical member vibrate in an optical axis direction, and arranged and provided at the periphery of the optical member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
