<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet cleaning device in which the supply quantity of a liquid medicine sent to a cleaning head part from a liquid medicine accommodation tank part is accurately and finely adjusted, and cleaning and finishing of a surface to be cleaned can be performed while applying the liquid medicine. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid amount adjustment unit 15, which adjusts the supply amount of a liquid supplied from a liquid storage tank 13 to the cleaning head 11, comprises: a tube installation groove 16; and a pressing-moving member 17 which moves along the direction in which the tube installation groove 16 is extended, in a state in which a pressing end section 17a is caused to protrude into the tube installation groove 16. The tube installation groove 16 has a gradient portion 16a' provided to the bottom surface 16a of the groove 16. The pressing-moving member 17 is moved while a flexible tube 14 is sandwiched between the bottom surface 16a of the tube installation groove 16 and the pressing end section 17a of the pressing-moving member 17, whereby the amount by which the flexible tube 14 is squashed is adjusted in the gradient portion 16a'. The flow amount of the liquid passing through the flexible tube 14 is thereby controlled, and the flow amount of the liquid supplied to the cleaning head 11 is adjusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
