Disclosed are a multi-frequency-band antenna feeder sharing method and a base station radio frequency unit. The present invention relates to the technical field of base stations. The method comprises: when a first radio frequency module works in an inbuilt combining mode, using an antenna feeder to receive signals of band 1 and band 2, transmitting the signals to a band-pass filter for filtering so as to obtain the signal of band 2, and transmitting the signal of band 2 to a third radio frequency port via a combining port; and/or when the first radio frequency module works in the inbuilt combining mode, transmitting the signal of band 2 to the combining port via the third radio frequency port, the signal of band 2 being transmitted to a port of a first radio frequency channel via the band-pass filter and sent out together with the signal of band 1 through the antenna feeder.
