An anisotropically conductive block interposed between electric terminals to electrically connect them, and its manufacturing method, wherein this block exhibits conductivities independent in many directions. An anisotropically conductive block (10) is conductive by disposing, by displacement in the Z direction, a conductive path (e. g., (24) or (44)) nonconductive in a direction (Z direction) and conductive in a plurality of directions in a direction almost parallel to a plane (X-Y plane) orthogonal to the Z direction.
