PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect power sources without paying attention of positive and negative polarities in a power feeding circuit which is arranged between a DC circuit and a pair of terminals to which a DC voltage is applied, and sup plies the DC voltage applied between the pair of terminals to the DC circuit. SOLUTION: Two pairs of serially connected diodes D1, D2 and D3, D4 are connected in parallel between the positive pole and the negative pole of a capacitor C1. The terminal T1 is connected between the diodes D1 and D2, and the terminal T2 is between the diode D3 and D4. The polarity is decided in each diode D1-D4 to allow the current to flow from the negative pole to the positive pole of the capacitor 1. Thus, Vcc is applied on the positive polar side of the capacitor 1 via the diode D1 or D3 when any one of the terminals T1 and T2 is connected to Vcc.
