PURPOSE: To freely move it when a tongue assembly is adjacent to a D ring by providing a starting part in a cover, and passing a belt web between a first clamp surface of a base and a second clamp surface of a clamp member. CONSTITUTION: A starting part 202 is integrally molded with a cover 170. Therefore, in the case where the starting part moves in the direction 224, when the cover 170 moves in its direction 224, an end surface 196 of a rib 192 engages with a tip surface 150 of a cam 140. A second clamp surface 154 of the cam 140 is rotated to a position opposed to a first clamp surface 80, and clamps a shoulder part 28. In a released condition, the starting part 202 is arranged in a first position by leaving a space from a side surface 72 of a plastic body of a base 40. A clearance surface 152 of the cam 140 is parallel to the first clamp surface 80, and a sufficient distance is arranged. As a result, a belt web can comparatively freely move between the cam 140 and the clamp surface 80. When an occupant releases it, a retractor winds a belt by pulling the shoulder part 28. |
