Disclosed is a method and an apparatus for eliminating radio frequency noise of a mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps: collecting data in an uplink voice channel, and performing time-frequency transformation on the data; determining whether radio frequency noise exists in the data of the uplink voice channel after the time-frequency transformation; if yes, performing noise elimination processing on the data in the uplink voice channel in a frequency domain. In the present invention, data is collected from the uplink voice channel, and noise elimination processing is performed when it is obtained through analysis that radio frequency noise exists in the data, so that radio frequency interference can be effectively avoided, and the quality of voice calls is ensured.
