<p>[Problem] The invention addresses the problem of providing an electronic device that makes it possible to efficiently write data to external storage media having different characteristics. [Solution] Provided is an electronic device for writing data to an external storage medium, wherein the electronic device has a testing part for sending test data to a connected external storage medium while changing the size of this data and performing a write throughput test, a holding part for holding an optimum data size value corresponding to the fastest throughput value obtained by the testing part, and an outputting part for outputting data to the external storage medium in units of the optimum data size value being held.</p> |
