<p>Disclosed are a communication method and device, the method comprising: if call dropping occurs on a terminal and said call dropping is due to power cutoff on the user data card therein, the terminal saves a first tag, the first tag indicating that call dropping on the terminal is due to power cutoff on the user data card. After being powered on, the terminal transmits the first tag to a network device. The embodiment of the present invention enables the network device to correctly learn which dropped calls are due to power cutoff on a user data card, thus identifying an abnormal release caused by the power cutoff on the user data card.</p> |
