The present invention relates to an LED illumination power supply and drive control system comprising: a switch power supply, LED lamps and LED control switches, wherein the switch power supply is installed inside or outside a distribution box, and the AC input end of the switch power supply is connected with a 220V AC power supply through a breaker in the distribution box, and the DC safety voltage output end of the switch power supply is connected with main circuits leading to each room, and the LED control switches in each room and the LED lamps in the room are connected to the DC+ and DC- of the main circuit in series. The present invention resolves the problem of difficult radiating in the prior art caused by putting drive power supply and the LED lamp together when the 220V AC enters into the LED lamp directly, and reduces the LED lamp cost, and, furthermore,, resolves the harm from getting an electric shock in illumination. An LED drive controller can perform dimming control to the LED lamp on the existing arranged illumination circuit, thus the popularization of LED illumination under the existing conditions can be prompted.
