<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening method capable of increasing a loosening torque of a nut, and to provide a cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: A fastening method is provided for screwing and fastening a nut 22 to a bolt 21. A tool mounting part 78 is formed at the side of a seat surface 53 in the nut 22, and an annular thin part 79 is formed on the tool mounting part 78 at an opposite side of the seat surface 53. A thin wall 79 is caulked by a punch 103 at a plurality of places from an outer peripheral direction, and by this caulking, the wall of the thin wall 79 is made to flow so as to extend to a tip side of the bolt 21 circumferentially and partially, and is made to adhere to a screw part 29 of the bolt 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
