<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a checking system and a checking device with which even if communication between game devices and a server is made impossible, the secret change of integrated circuits is detected. <P>SOLUTION: The checking system includes a management device, a first game device, and a second game device communicating with the first game device and the management device. The first game device includes the integrated circuits, and the integrated circuits store the identification information thereof. The second game device includes a control unit communicating with the integrated circuits and the management device, and the management device stores the identification information of the integrated circuits as checking information to be checked. When the management device and the control unit are allowed to communicate with each other, the control unit obtains and stores the identification information from the integrated circuits and transmits the identification information to the management device, and the management device checks the transmitted identification information with the checking information preliminarily stored.
