<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems about which load is imposed on a router of a distribution source and a line of the distribution source router and the topology of a network becomes unstable in a mesh virtual network. <P>SOLUTION: A multicast distribution system is characterized that a multicast distribution source router and at least one of a plurality of multicast distribution destination routers have in a storage unit a learning message including the address of an adjacent distribution destination router permitting reception of multicast traffic and an interface for distributing the multicast traffic to the adjacent distribution router, and transmit the learning message to the adjacent distribution destination router, and the adjacent distribution destination router having received the learning message selects an interface to which the multicast traffic is distributed on the basis of the learning message, and creates a multicast distribution tree. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
