A carcass assembly apparatus and a carcass assembly-conveying method realized on the basis of same. Arranged between an actuator apparatus and a carcass-removing apparatus is a turntable bearing (12) to transmit a driving force and to convert same into a thrust pushing the carcass-removing apparatus along the radial direction. The carcass assembly apparatus comprises, sliding back and forth via a bottom sliding track or a top sliding track, a carcass center ring (1), a left bead conveyor ring (2), a right bead conveyor ring (3), and a sidewall expansion ring (4). The carcass center ring (1) is provided with a ring body (10). Arranged on the ring body (10) are the actuator apparatus and several sets of carcass-removing apparatus. Each set of carcass-removing apparatus has arranged at an extremity thereof a carcass-removing claw (11). Several carcass-removing claws (11) are provided at a same cylindrical face for fixing and removing a carcass piece, and the central axis of the cylinder formed overlaps or parallels the central axis of the ring body (10). The carcass assembly apparatus and the carcass assembly-conveying method realized on the basis of same allow for improved degree of motional consistency and operational precision of the several carcass-removing claws (11), and thus facilitate in improving the degree of precision of controlling the clamping force with respect to the carcass piece and bead.
