The transmission has a threaded spindle (1) and a nut (2) that is supported axially parallel to the threaded spindle, where axes of the nut and the threaded spindle comprise an eccentricity (e) to each other. The nut is provided with a threaded pitch that is engaged partially to a thread groove of the threaded spindle, where a thread angle of the nut corresponds to the thread angle of the spindle. The thread flanks run straightly on a side transmitting an axial force.
