摘要 PURPOSE: A base film for manufacturing a transparent electrode film is provided to manufacture a transparent electrode film by applying, drying, or hardening a component, which includes a conductivity polymer, a carbon nanotube, a graphene, or a metal nano wire as active ingredients using a base film, thereby manufacturing a transparent electrode film with excellent reliability which is below 3% of maximum haze increase after aging which also has below 10% of the surface resistance change compared to the initial value even in the case of aging in a high temperature and humidity state for a long time. CONSTITUTION: In a base film for manufacturing a transparent electrode film, an photo-hardening layer is formed on one surface of a base film, and the photo-hardening layer is a semi- photo-hardening layer, which is hardened in the photo-hardness 45 to 85%, so as to improve the adhesion between a transparent electrode layer (40), which is formed on the photo-hardening layer, and the photo-hardening layer. Light hardening layers (20,30), which are hardened on the opposite side of the base film to have the hardness of 85% or more, are further included. The photo-hardening hard-coating layer material is an acrylate base photo-hardening resin. The acrylate base photo-hardening resin has a structure that an oxide compound has at least one carbon number, and is formed by mixing the weight of 50 to 80 in the entire weight of 100 as an acrylate compound, which is made of alkyl, allyl, and phenyl.
