Apparatus of manufacturing crucible for growing sapphire single crystal by spray method and method of manufacturing the crucible

PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus of a crucible for growing a sapphire single crystal and a manufacturing method of the crucible are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by using sprayed refractory metal powders. CONSTITUTION: A mold supply part(20) provides a mold for molding a crucible(30). An injection unit(10) sprays refractory metal powders on the mold. The injection unit piles up refractory metal powders on the mold and coats the mold in a crucible form. The crucible is made of one or more refractory metals selected from tungsten, molybdenum, yttrium, tantalum, and an alloy or a combination thereof. A thermal spraying method is applied to the injection unit.
