The present invention relates to a bag for containment and protection of one or more objects. The bag comprises a flexible sheet defining a collapsible body 12 providing an interior space within said collapsible body. The body 12 comprises an open end 18, a first sheet side 14 and a second sheet side (16 figure 2). The bag further comprises an airtight closure 22,24 (such as a ziplock)for engagement at said open end. The bag further comprises a non-return air valve 26 in fluid communication between the interior space provided by the collapsible body and the exterior of the bag. The valve comprises pump attachment means 28,30 for an air pump means (such as a vacuum cleaner nozzle). The bag may include at least one carry handle 32,34,36 attached to the exterior of the collapsible body. The bag may include a tamper-evident seal means at the open end region 50. |
