PURPOSE: A riser pipe for a ground cable is provided to reduce costs, and improve work efficiency by constructing a riser pipe corresponded to the construction height. CONSTITUTION: A riser pipe(1) for a ground cable comprises a base(3), a main body(4), a slide member(5), a connecting device, and a head unit(7). The base is in a rectangular shape, and the main body is combined to the top. The slide member(5) is inserted to be able to be sled to the top of a lower slide(11), and the lower slide is combined to the top of the main body. The head unit is combined to the top of the slide member, and includes the connecting device.
