PURPOSE: An industrial pigment is provided to improve polishing performance by using aluminate as an abrasive agent and to use ethyl lactate as an additive, thereby being nontoxic and improving antibacterial performance. CONSTITUTION: An industrial pigment comprises 8-30 wt% of a resin, 35-75 wt% of a coloring compound, and 1-10 wt% of an abrasive. The abrasive is aluminate. The particle size of the aluminate is 6,000-9,000 mesh. A construction method of the industrial pigment comprises a step of manufacturing the industrial pigment; a step of spreading the industrial pigment on a nonpenetrant object; and a step of forming a coating layer on the industrial pigment spread on the nonpenetrant object.
