<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel-cell separator which has a higher drainage performance than that of conventional fuel-cell separators in which hydrophilic treatment is carried out, a manufacturing method of the fuel cell separator, a manufacturing apparatus for the fuel-cell separator, and the fuel-cell that includes the fuel-cell separator. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel-cell separator, in which oxidation treatment is carried out after hydrophilic treatment is carried out, has more amount of hydrophilic groups than that prior to oxidation treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
