<p>A mounting point 16 for locating under a superconducting magnet structure 10, between the superconducting magnet structure 10 and a supporting surface 28 of a mobile carrier is provided. The mounting point 16 is controllable between two different states. In a first state, the mount provides rigid attachment and precise location of the superconducting magnet structure 10 onto the supporting surface 28 of the mobile carrier. In a second state, the mount provides vibration isolation between the superconducting magnet 10 and the mobile carrier 28.</p> |
