PURPOSE: A portable ultrasonic metal welder is provided to precisely process a weld material by moving a tool horn to weld the weld material without moving an anvil in which the weld material is placed. CONSTITUTION: A portable ultrasonic metal welder comprises a top housing(140), a bottom housing(150), an anvil(260), a base plate(200), a lifting cylinder(210), a guide rail(230), a sliding bearing block(240), and an outer wall plate(250). The top and bottom housings are installed at the top and bottom of a booster(120). The anvil is installed at the bottom of a tool horn(130). The base plate is installed at the underside the bottom housing. The lifting cylinder is installed between the base plate and the bottom housing and includes a rod(215) fixed to the underside of the bottom housing. The guide rail is fixed to the outer side of a cover plate(220) covering the side of the lifting cylinder. The sliding bearing block is fixed to the underside of the bottom housing and inserted to the guide rail to slide up and down. The outer wall plate is installed on the outer side of the sliding bearing block and moved up and down along with the bottom housing. |
