<p>The system has a flexible elongate line part (1) comprising two ends (E1, E2) at which a locking structure (2) i.e. locking eyelet, and a hook device (3) are arranged, respectively. A counter structure for fastening of the hook device is formed at an intermediate part i.e. lid, and an operation part comprises a support structure for fastening of the intermediate part. The hook device comprises a resilient deformable thickening unit (4) that passes through an aperture in the counter structure in a resilient pressed state.
