HIGH EARLY STRENGTH CEMENT COMPRISING BLAST FURNACE SLAG AND CSA CEMENT

PURPOSE: Early strength composition is provided to promote initial strength and compression strength of high early strength cement by including blast furnace slag, CSA(Calcium Sulfur Aluminate), plaster, tartaric acid, and alkalinity compound at an optimal ratio. CONSTITUTION: Early strength composition having blast furnace slag and CSA cement comprises 40-60 weight% of blast furnace slag, 34-47 weight% of CSA(Calcium Sulfur Aluminate), 4-7 weight% of gypsum, 1-3 weight% of tartaric acid, and 1-3 weight% of alkalinity compound. The alkalinity compound is selected from a group of lithium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, and potassium hydroxide. A manufacturing method of concrete comprises the following steps. Concrete cement composition including blast furnace slag, and CSA cement mixes with fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and combined water. And the mixture is cured at room temperature.
