<p>PURPOSE: An image sensor and an image processing device including the same are provided to decrease or increase conversion gains without decreasing a size of a light receiving area. CONSTITUTION: A photodiode(PD) outputs photo-charge by converting a received optical signal. A sensing node(FD) senses the photo-charge. A readout circuit(101) converts the photo-charge into an electric signal. One or more capacitors are formed between the sensing node and a conversion gain control line. A switching circuit(102) is connected among a capacitor, a ground line, and an output line.</p> |
