PURPOSE: An information terminal cradle including a locking function and a cart including the same are provided to prevent the risk of theft and loss by maintaining a locking state when a general user uses. CONSTITUTION: A cradle for the combination of an information terminal is formed on a front surface of a main body unit. A sliding panel unit(120) is installed on a rear surface of the main body unit and slid by an unlocking tool. A locking unit is attached to the information terminal to maintain a locking state of the information terminal. The locking unit unlocks the locking state by the sliding movement of the panel unit.
