PURPOSE: A multi-layered insert block sheet is provided to increase production efficiency by enhancing adhesion with pipes or cables, thereby improving sealability and increasing production efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layered insert block sheet consists of a crosslinking type thermoplastic rubber. The crosslinking type thermoplastic rubber is manufactured by mixing 50-95 parts by weight of a crosslinked thermoplastic elastomer, 5-50 parts by weight of an adhesive thermoplastic elastomer, and 0.05-1 parts by weight of an antioxidant. The adhesive thermoplastic elastomer consists of a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, an ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer, a styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer, a hydrogenated styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer, or a hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer.
