PURPOSE: A color non-uniformity improving device of an organic light emitting diode display panel is provided to reduce the number of external devices added to a display panel module and to reduce the costs and the thickness of the display panel module. CONSTITUTION: A non-volatile memory(320) stores a parameter for compensating color non-uniformity on a display panel. A display driver integrated device(310) is combined with the nonvolatile memory into one chip through a 3D circuit integration process and compensates color non-uniformity using the parameter for compensating the color non-uniformity stored in the nonvolatile memory for image data. A bump(330) shares signals and power between the nonvolatile memory and the display driver integrated device.
