PURPOSE: A mobile advertisement method and system are provided to efficiently transmit a mobile advertisement message by automatically storing a customer having contact information of an advertiser registered in a phone book into a database. CONSTITUTION: A mobile advertisement server(210) receives at least one phone book from a portable terminal and stores. The mobile advertisement server searches a portable terminal including contact information of a specific advertiser from the phone book when receiving a transmission request of a mobile advertisement message of a specific advertiser. The mobile advertisement server transmits a mobile advertisement message to at least one portable terminal. A portable terminal(100) stores at least one contact information of an advertiser. The portable terminal receives at least one mobile advertisement message issued by the advertiser registered in the phone book. The portable terminal displays a mobile advertisement message according to a confirmation request signal of the mobile advertisement message. A mobile advertisement web server(600) provides a web service supporting generation and management of a mobile advertisement message. A computer(700) request to the mobile advertisement web server to transmit the generated mobile advertisement message using advertisement information to portable terminals included in a customer class.
