PURPOSE: A device for managing an auxiliary fuel system of FFV is provided to obtain the stable operability of the auxiliary fuel system, improve the reliability of a vehicle, and to contribute to improve the marketability of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A device for managing an auxiliary fuel system of FFV comprises: a start up monitoring step(S10) for monitoring the numbers of the operation of an auxiliary fuel system when starting an engine of the vehicle, a management required determining step(S20) whether managing the operation of the auxiliary fuel system is necessary or not; and an enforcing operation step(S40) for generating the auxiliary fuel system according to a predetermined criteria when the operation of the auxiliary fuel system is not is not performed by a result of the of the management required determining step.
